I would like to let you know how pleased we are with the service and products your staff provided. I made an intuitive pick of your business after an online search, and I think I also found you in the telephone directory. I am cautious about businesses for which I can't find a physical address. A visit to your showroom led to my meeting Amy. She was welcoming and helpful from the beginning. To fast forward to today, our new shades are just what we expected. They are stunningly and simply beautiful, and we love the pull chains. Your staff visits to our home were quite pleasant. The young men who installed the shades did a great job. And, of course, Amy was a welcomed visitor. She could not have done a better job supervising the entire project. Thanks to the business staff for making the financial transactions easy to handle.
