All of our items are made to order and produced individually per order. Changes, cancellations or returns are not permitted once an order is processed.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Typographical errors are subject to correction. Prices do not include shipping, handling and packaging fees which are additional charges. 


It is recommended that you inspect your entire order upon delivery. Any claim for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping company within 15 days of receipt. No claims after 15 days will be accepted. When making a claim, please keep all packing materials, as claims may require inspection of these materials. Photographs will be required as proof of damages. 


It is strongly recommended that experienced professional installers are used for your installation. For hardware installations, molly bolts and anchors are recommended for all installations but are not included. Support brackets are recommended every 3-4 feet (every 3 feet for acrylic poles). An experienced professional installer will be able to determine where support is necessary.

Our panels and hardware are handmade pieces. Variations from photographs, samples and prior orders may occur. It is recommended that orders for a single room be placed at the same time for dye lots to match. Silk yarns are made by nature and the unique qualities created in this process are not considered flaws. Dye lots or fading from sunlight are not guaranteed. Wood items may vary slightly in size due to the nature of the materials and production process.



All finishes are produced by hand. Dye lots will vary. There are not specific repeats or “patterns” to any hardware finish. Coverage will vary from piece to piece, order to order. There may be heavier or lighter coverage on each piece and through a single piece. This is the “nature” of the technique and finish. 


Because the poles are part of a set, the poles cannot be ordered cut to a specified length. 

Additional brackets will be required any time a splice or connector is ordered to support the expanse and the splicing joint. The splice/ connector and extra pole(s) will need to be ordered separately from the set. If extra poles are needed, consider ordering two sets.
